Suspect entered Cumberland Farms at the intersection of North Main Street (Rt. 58) and Plymouth Street. Suspect walked behind counter and demanded the clerk open the safe. Clerk refused, suspect opened safe and removed cash. Clerk stated the suspect had a small silver pipe. Suspect wore hat, hood, and covered face with a white t shirt.

Arrest Warrant issued for Mark Silva on March 12, 2009. Currently held in Barnstable HOC for an armed robbery in Middleboro on February 28, 2009.
