At 0154 hrs, on 02-14-09, the victim had his jacket stolen from the Victory Pub in East Boston. The jacket had his wallet/credit card/keys. The card was later used at 0855 hrs, on 02-14-09 in Revere at Target. And, later in the morning in Everett (Target), then in Chelsea (McDonald's). Victim's wallet recovered in Revere, Ward Street area. Suspect was shopping with a young girl and they left in a small white SUV or 4-door car.
