Victim was going to buy m/v from suspect. Victim noticed Suspect wearing a badge, gun and handcuffs. Victim asked, " what do you do for work?" Suspect told him that he was a Federal Agent and that he follows bank robbers. Suspect drove victim to Cambridge to get title to m/v. Suspect pulled over, put gun to victim head and demanded the $4,000.00 cash and I-Phone from victim. Suspect told victim to run or he would shoot him.

John Baldasaro was captured in Times Square N.Y. by U.S. Marshalls. Baldasaro was also wanted in New Hampshire and other New England States for numurous charges.
