Subject entered Tedeschi Food Shop located at Washington Plaza during a busy period and approached the register with an energy drink. He Began flim-flam with clerk ... between checking old Lottery "Keno" ticket, punching new Keno tickets and purchase the energy drink. Began searching pockets as he told the clerk he had a winning lottery ticket. Told her he must have left it in the car and would be right back. He left the energy drink and Keno tickets on counter. When the clerk finished with another customer, she realized old tickets were left on the counter. Subject took $54 in Keno tickets and fled.
