Female dropped her wallet at the register at Target in Stoughton. Unknown black female wearing a green shirt behind her in line picked up the wallet. This female may have handed off the wallet to a black male with corn rows wearing a sleeveless black T-shirt. Left in a blue or green vehicle, possibly a Buick or Oldsmobile. Any help identifying these subjects would be appreciated.
