These two suspects arrived at Mobil Gas station in a 4dr Cadillac together. Operator of vehicle, suspect 2 distracts clerk asking directions. Suspect #1 uses bathroom then comes out and steals the NPD Jimmy Fund can and brings it out to the car. We are looking to ID these two suspects. More video and photos available.
