Disabled female victim reported on 8/30/ 09 that a contractor hired to perform odd jobs at her residence convinced victim that he would perform work on vehicle for nominal fee. Suspect stole her motor vehicle (recovered in Woburn on 9/14/09) and credit/debit cards from her residence.
