On 10/1/09 the male subject pictured entered the Shaw’s located in Portsmouth, NH and attempted to conduct a fraudulent meat refund. The subject claimed that he bought meat items that contained vinegar after he was told that vinegar wasn’t an ingredient. The subject is looking for a refund and to have medical expenses paid. The same subject attempted this scam on 9/30/09 at our Saco & Biddeford, ME locations. The subject claimed that his name was John Leocello and he resides in Portland, ME. The subject was traveling in a Black Ford Explorer with MA plate # 926AV2 (Enterprise rent a car).
