On 10/27/2009 at approximately 10:21 AM Market Basket at the Woburn Mall was robbed of an undetermined amount of money by a single white male suspect. No weapon was shown and the suspect passed a note. Suspect appears to be same suspect involved in recent Market Basket robberies in Chelmsford and Wilmington

On 12/10/2009 Billerica PD Detective Sergeant Frank Mirasolo and Detective Bill West arrested Shawn Maille (DOB 04/21/76) of Lowell for an attempted robbery at a Market Basket in Billerica. During their investigation Mialle was identified as the suspect responsible for Woburn's unarmed robbery on 11/27/2009. Thanks to Billerica, Chelmsford, and Wilmington for all their assistance regarding this investigation.
