Male suspect opened bank account at TD Bank in Hamden, CT on September 9, 2009. On September 10, Suspect travelled to North Attleboro, MA and deposited fraudulent check at TD Bank over the counter. A female accomplice then deposited a second fraudulent check through the ATM and made a small withdrawl through ATM. On September 11, male suspect entered Mansfield TD Bank branch and withdrew $8000 and then travelled to N. Providence, RI and made two more withdrawals. Male opened account with Connecticut ID showing Raheem A. Foster, DOB 02/29/84. It is unknown if the male suspect is Foster.
