This is a black woman, heavy set wearing dark coat and bucket type hat with light band. no significant jewelry or identifying marks. She opened an account in the name of Germain Lucien, DOB 12/22/77 using drivers license from PA. We are unable to confirm the identity or if this is a case of stolen identity. Suspect ,using stolen forged checks belonging to John Baccarri DBA as New England Merchants deposited checks into the Fleet account from several locations, in Worcester and Wellesley. Approximately loss $6529.55.
