On 8/13/2010 @ about 1:55am a white male with brown hair wearing blue jeans, a light colored golf shirt, and sneakers enters the Tedeschi Store at 1912 Beacon Street. While there he does the following:
· Walks and looks around entire store.
· Asks if they are open 24 hours
· Asks if coffee is fresh
· I may be back later and leaves


On 8/13/2010 @ about 5:08am the SAME white male enters wearing a grey hoodie, baseball cap, dark sweat pants with a stripe down the side and sneakers. While there he does and states the following:
· Walks into store then goes directly over to the victim
· Pulls out a black colored handgun and pistol whips the victim/clerk.
· During the altercation the suspect drops the gun, but immediately gains control of it.
· Clerk gives the suspect money from both registers.
· Suspect states, “don’t call the police or I will be back”. “Where’s the f******* coffee”.
