Male suspect was involved in a grab & run from Lord & Taylor. When he was approached by loss prevention he fled the store and entered Ma Reg 91TG82, (blue jeep Liberty) which was waiting in the fire lane. The operator of the Jeep then failed to stop for police which resulted in a short pursuit before the vehicle got away. The owner of the Jeep subsequently confessed and is being charged.
