On 04/07/11 at approximately 0019 hrs a lone male entered the Sunoco Gas Station at 74 E. Main St. in Webster armed with a knife. The male party informed the Clerk that it was robbery. He then forced the Clerk to open the cash register, which she did. The male party was brandishing a knife throughout the duration of incident. The male robber was described as being approximately 5’6” – 5’9” tall, and having a medium / average build. He was further described as having dark skin and dark eyes. He may have been Hispanic. The male robber spoke “very good” English and was wearing a black, puffy jacket, dark colored pants or jeans, a gray “hoodie” type shirt, dark colored gloves, and a “grayish” knit type of garment covering his face. The robber fled the store on foot and he got away with an undisclosed amount of cash. The Clerk was unharmed during the ordeal. We are asking for the public’s help in solving this serious crime.
