A male subject entered the bank. He was talking on a cell phone. He was not wearing gloves. He was described as white, early 20's, 120-130lbs, medium height, sick looking (possible a drug addict). He was wearing a black ball cap with a (b) logo on it, a gray sweatshirt with a hand cut neck, a gray t-shirt, and a tattoo on the right side of his neck (unknown writing). He approached teller position 2, and passed a hand written note, without speaking. 3 tattoo's on the right side of his neck, possibly in cursive.
