On May 12, 2011, approximately 0515 hrs suspect entered CVS and proceeded to the pharmacy and stated to the pharmacist that he had a gun and wanted all the pain meds. Although no gun was shown, subject kept his right hand in his jacket pocket throughout the robbery. Subject then grabbed as much as he could out of the safe and loaded his pockets with pill bottles. Subject left the store and proceeded towards MBTA train tracks towards a Sr Citizen apartment complex. Subject is a w/m approximately 5'06" to 5'09", weighing approximately 170lbs to 190 lbs, wearing a black winter knit hat, olive green hooded jacket, black pants possibly wind pants, possibly brown/green hiking sneakers.
