The Attleboro Police Department is attempting to identify a suspect who passed a bad check on 10/14/2011, and again attempted another on 10/27/2011, at the Cozy Miini Mart, located in Attleboro.

The first check was drawn from the account of "United Cleaning Service" and the other from the account of "Empire Work Temp".

Suspect #1 is a medium build hispanic male, 30-40's having a moustache, goatee, and beard. The suspect identified himself with a bogus Massachusetts ID, as Edcar Damian Ortiz, using an address of #39 Foster Street, Roxbury,MA.

Subject fled store with another hispanic male (Suspect #2), that was present with suspect, when confronted about previous bad check being returned. Subjects fled in black pick-up truck.
