On November 22, 2011 at approximately 4:20 PM the victim had her pocketbook stolen from the bathroom of Quincy College (150 Newport Ave Ext).

In reviewing the surveillance video, a black female is observed entering the bathroom shortly after the victim. A few minutes later, the black female is observed exiting the bathroom counting money which she uses in a nearby vending machine.
