White male in his twenties or thirties, clean shaven, a black winter hat over dark hair, and black jacket. He is wearing green winter gloves, and was carrying a green umbrella, a black back pack, and a bright red reusable shopping bag.

It appears that he is checking products against a stack of receipts he has in his possession. After selecting a product, he goes to the cashier where he attempts to initiate a return using one of the receipts. There is a delay in processing his return while he is at the counter, and then he is approached by Loss Prevention. He rapidly exits the store, dropping his umbrella on the way out.
