Pictured male passed a counterfeit $100 bill that was printed on a real $5 bill. Subject passed another at a different Tedeschi's in town with same serial # on 07/09/12. Two bills with same serial # were passed at Stop and Shop in town. Still waiting for video from Stop and Shop incident. Subject arrived as a passenger of a black SUV that parked down the street.
