W/M, clean shaven, brown short colored hair, 5" 6-5"8, med build, wearing dark colored sweatshirt with white lining, maroon polo type shirt, dark colored sweatpants, sneakers entered bank and produced note to teller, no weapon seen.

Suspect got cash and fled bank on foot in unknown direction. Suspect appears to be same male responsible for robbery of Shaw's Market on Gold Star Blvd on September 11, 2013.

David Hathaway DOB 09-08-82 LKA Waltham Massachusetts was arrested by NYPD on a warrant, after he was identifed as the person responsible for this robbery, he is also charged with the Shaws Market robbery in Worcester.
