On February 1, 2013 at about 10:30 P.M. the victim left her wallet (which contained her debit card) in a booth at Raising Cane's Restaurant at 949 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston. The suspect and his three friends entered the restaurant at about 11:26 P.M., ordered food and then sat at the same booth previously occupied by the victim.

The suspect and his friends left the restaurant on February 2, 2013 at about 12:02 A.M. At about 12:45 A.M. the suspect used the victim's debit card to make an unauthorized purchase of gasoline at Fazio Mobil Station, 273 Middlesex Avenue, Medford. The suspect was operating a newer model sedan, possibly a BMW.

Suspect is a black or Hispanic male in his twenties. While in the restaurant he was in the company of one white or Hispanic female, one black or Hispanic male and one white or Hispanic male.
