On Tuesday December 10, 2013 at approximately 0330 hrs officers were dispatched to the Xtra fuels gas station located at 674 Quaker Highway (route 146A) for a alarm.

Upon arrival they observed that the front door had been compromised by a rock. After viewing security footage it showed this male below to be the suspect and approx 5 packs of cigarettes to have been taken from the overhead caddy behind the counter.

Earlier in the night North Smithfield RI PD put out a BOLO of a male with a red hoodie who broke into a store in their town. Bellingham PD also put out a BOLO for a male in blue with white striped jogging pants involved in a break in their town.

Person was identified and arrest warrants issued.
