On 10/31/2014 at approx 2105 hrs, suspect who was armed with a firearm, entered the Prestige Gas on Rte 139 and robbed the clerk of money and several cartons of Newport cigarettes. As the suspect fled the building, he fired a shot at the clerk behind the counter. Suspect described as a w/m, approx 5-9 " tall, wearing black pants, black hooded sweatshirt, black gloves, black baseball hat with a black bandana covering his face. the weapon used is a silver semi-automatic handgun.Suspect fled on foot behind building into a residential neighborhood.

This suspect has been identified. He is currently in custody on another matter.
