On 11/23/14 three subjects, one Hispanic female and two males, one white and one Hispanic, shoplifted 18 containers of Enfamil baby formula valued at over $300.00 from the Bellingham Wal-Mart. The subjects left in a blue Dodge Caliber.

On 02/08/15 the same subjects were observed back in the Wal-Mart acting “suspiciously”. The LP associate followed the subjects back to the vehicle, a blue Dodge Caliber, MA/PC 1NGE90.

The owner was identified as John Smith DOB 09/12/63 of Mendon, MA. Mr. Smith was contacted and admitted to being present but denied knowledge of the theft. The video shows he was actively involved in the theft. He claimed the other male and female were an Everett and Katrina Battles of Central Falls or Pawtucket, RI. This information could not be authenticated. My conversation with Mr. Smith leads me to believe these three have been involved in this same activity at several stores in the MA and RI area.
