On 4/16/15 at approximately 0122 hrs. a white male exits the truck and walks around the yard and finds the snow blower, drags it across the lot and places in rear of a black pick up truck. It appears the suspect is wearing a red sox baseball cap. The suspect is also captured on video surveillance smoking a cigarette and then discarding it on scene.
