Male subject 25 to 30 years of age entered the Family Dollar Tree. While purchasing a pack of cigarettes the subject asked several times what was in the safe. The clerk responded each time that nothing was in the safe and that she did not have the keys to open same.

The male subject next stated that he would return with a mask and a gun (inferring robbery) and subsequently left the set.
