Suspect stolen credit cards from motor vehicle parked in Concord. Used stolen cards in Seabrook, N.H., Salem, N.H., Lowell, MA. and Saugus, MA.. Any identification or report of similar crimes please contact Det. Paul Morrison @ Concord Police 978-318-3400, ext 3409.

Kathleen A. Higgins 05-17-1973, arrested by the Salem, N.H. Police Department with stolen credit cards. She has been identified and will be charged by the Concord Police Department for numerous car breaks and credit card cases. Det. Morrison is still trying to identify her male accomplice.
