The individual pictured here approached the victim at an ATM on Massachusetts Ave and stated "I have a gun" and robbed the person of money that he had just withdrew from the ATM The suspect removed additional funds from the victim's wallett. He is described as a Black male, @ 6' 200 lbs, 35 years, with a thin mustache, Lt green winter parka, dark pants and boots. This individual may be responsible for similar robberies in that area.
