On Wednesday 5/5/04 at 17:17 the Mobil on the Run gas station on Route 109 in Milford was robbed. Video revealed that the suspect entered the store, took a Schweppes Ginger ale from the cooler and went to the counter. Additional patrons entered the store and the suspect left the soda on the counter and left the store. Minutes later when the store was again empty, the suspect returned to the counter. He took his soda, and briefly lifted his shirt to display a silver portion of what was believed to be a handgun that was in his waistband. The subject asked for all the cash.

He fled the store and headed toward K-Mart on foot. He is described as a white male, appx. 5’8”, 170lbs, slender. He appeared about 30 years old. He was wearing a dark colored baseball hat with light vertical stripes on the sides of the front visor. The hat had a light color band along the bottom portion of the back side of the hat. He was wearing a grayish colored sweatshirt which had an illegible logo on the front chest area and another on the back side of the neck area. He was wearing light colored jeans with a dark colored stain on the front of the left leg above the knee. He was wearing dark colored sneakers with light colored soles. He had short hair, his skin color was light, and he had a goatee.

Rendition/warrant was issued, and Vermont Fish and Game Warden effected the arrest at the Phish concert in Coventry Vermont. Traeger will be at Milford District Court for arraignment on 8/20/04. Any questions may be referred to Detective Dustin Testa 508 473 1113 x650
